This website is operated by Fourway Fashion, Chungam, Thalappuzha (PO), Mananthavady, Kerala 670644, India. Throughout these terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that business, and “you” refers to anyone who uses the site or places an order.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy each form part of these terms.

You may place an order only if you are old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live, and you may only use the site for lawful purposes. If you are ordering on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Ordering requires signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for any order placed through it. Please keep your delivery details accurate and up to date — we are not responsible for a parcel that cannot be delivered because the address or phone number you gave us was wrong.

We describe each garment — its fabric, fit, available sizes and colours — as accurately as we can. Some garments are sold in lettered sizes and others as free size, and the sizes offered are shown on each product page.

Photographs are taken to represent each garment faithfully, but colours can appear differently depending on your screen, and natural fabrics vary slightly between pieces. A minor variation of this kind is not a defect.

Everything on the site is subject to availability. Stock counts are updated as orders come in, but if an item sells out between your order and our confirmation we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless we say otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already confirmed.

Despite our care, a price or description may occasionally be wrong. If we discover an error in something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We are not obliged to sell at an incorrect price.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order after verifying your payment.

We may decline an order, and will tell you why, if:

• The garment is no longer in stock
• We could not verify your payment
• The price or description was listed in error
• We cannot deliver to the address given
• We reasonably suspect the order is fraudulent or breaches these terms

Payment is taken at checkout through a third-party payment provider. You pay the order total in full before the order is confirmed; we do not offer payment on delivery. Card and bank details are entered directly with the provider and never pass through us.

Your order is confirmed once the provider tells us the payment succeeded. If a payment fails or is reversed, the order is not confirmed and we will let you know.

Paying does not by itself guarantee the order. If we cancel an order after you have paid — because stock ran out, or for any reason in section 6 — we refund the amount you paid in full.

We will never ask you for a PIN, an OTP, or card or bank details, by phone, email or message. Treat any such request as fraudulent and report it to us at admin@fourwayfashion.com.

We deliver through third-party couriers, across India only. Any delivery estimate we give is an estimate, not a guarantee, and we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control — though we will help you chase a parcel that has not arrived.

Dispatch times, delivery estimates, charges and what happens to an undeliverable parcel are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched and we will refund you in full. If a garment arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

The photographs, text, design and layout of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may browse the site and share links to it, but you may not copy, republish or use our images or descriptions commercially, or systematically scrape the site, without our written permission.

When using the site you agree not to:

• Break any law, or infringe anyone's rights
• Introduce a virus or anything else designed to disrupt the site
• Attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems you are not entitled to
• Interfere with the site's operation or place orders you do not intend to pay for
• Impersonate anyone, or give false delivery or payment information

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section.

The site may link to pages we do not control. We include such links for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content, and their terms and privacy practices are their own.

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it — including removing garments from sale — without notice.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your rights as a consumer under applicable law stand alongside these terms and are not reduced by them.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, income or opportunity, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

If we suffer a loss or a third-party claim because you have breached these terms or used the site unlawfully, you agree to reimburse us for the reasonable costs of dealing with it.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not lose it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mananthavady, Kerala will have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
